I believe everything typed was very logical. However, what about this? suppose you typed a catchier post title? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added a post title that makes people desire more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda plain. You should look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create article titles to grab people to click. You might add a video or a related pic or two to get people interested about everything've written.
